Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit.

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
